There are two bedroom condos (ground floor and 1st floor) and one three bedroom (Pent House) There is a small extra bedroom in the service area for a nanny, teenager, etc. Maximum occupancy - 6 people in the two bedrooms and 8 people in the three bedrooms. What works well is to offer the three condos as a large seven-bedroom villa, for big families and groups (Or you can also offer four bedrooms or five bedrooms joining two condos). There is two permanent staff that takes care of maintenance and biweekly maid service. There is an optional cooking service and daily maid service for an extra charge.
