This is a newly constructed bi-level ocean view penthouse located in sunny, warm and friendly Cozumel. Our newest home is a luxury penthouse located in the sought after Corpus Christi area, only one block from the ocean and reefs providing easy access to the beach, scuba diving, shopping, dining, a quick stroll to downtown or the park, huge grocery store and much more. The penthouse spans two floors with a huge Jacuzzi, the outside on the terrace where you can take a dip and enjoy the evening sunsets. We installed a huge palapa (thatched roof) for shade up on our fourth floor terrace for comfortable outdoor living. We like to eat dinner and breakfast out on the terrace while watching the cruise ships roll in and out of port.

There are two bedrooms, that can accomidate 5 adults, which are located on the third floor and fourth floors. Each is furnished with a queen bed, the master holds a huge wrought-iron bed, and private bathrooms with Jacuzzi. In addition, the living room sofa has a pull out bed (custom made for comfort) to sleep two adults comfortably. We installed windows right above the Jacuzzi so you can enjoy the outdoors, day or night, while lounging after a day of diving or rigorous sunbathing. In fact the home is full of large windows and sliding glass doors, terrace and a balcony to capture the sunlight and ocean breezes that are always available. The large domed 20-ft vaulted ceiling's also lend in keeping the cool air in --or of course you can always turn on the air-conditioner. The furniture is handmade, as are the doors and furniture. This unit was inspired by a decorator, who brought in fabrics, tiles and paint to create an authentic Mexican theme, she has done the home in the same warm tranquil colors of the sunset. There are informative books about Cozumel and its history, games, movies and music. You will find colorful artwork throughout that was selected from regions spanning Mexico displayed to take you far from home.
